1. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placement, as we begin preparing our fresh traditional drinks shortly after receiving an order. Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations will not be possible.

2. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our homemade drinks (like Kaanji and Sattu shakes), we do not accept physical returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority. You are eligible for a refund or replacement if:

• The product received is damaged or leaked during transit.
• The product received is expired or has a quality issue upon delivery.
• You received the wrong item.

3. Refund Process

To claim a refund, please send us a photo of the damaged/wrong product via email within 24 hours of delivery. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
• Refusal to accept the delivery.
• Issues reported after 24 hours of delivery.
